I propose that we replace Black History Month to show that all races are equal as we are all Americans.
In that manner I propose that we create an American History Month acknowledging all those who contributed to the advancement of our nation. Many United States Citizens have died over the right for people to live as One Nation in Unity.
If I were to create a month I would make each week as the following:
Independence Week 1
Civil Rights and Liberties Week 2
Presidents Week 3
Citizens Week 4
