If this were to be implemented Congress would be dissolved and a new system would be implemented which would represent for the first time a TRUE democracy. We cannot expect representatives who are bought and paid for by corporate interests to represent anyone who isn't lining their pockets. All bills would be introduced on a website setup for access to all voters. All information, pro and con, would be provided to educate the voters and allow them to make an intelligent decision. After a month has passed the popular vote would decide whether the bill passed or not. All responsibilities of Congress would be passed on to the people to represent themselves.
