Replace Congressional Elections With A Process Modeled On Jury Duty Selection

Created by E.M. on November 15, 2012

A government for the people and by the people should have representatives from among the people. Our current Congress does not reflect the make-up of this country, nor does it represent the will of the people. Replacing our partisan Congress with a body made up of citizens selected through a process similar to that used for jury selection would eliminate partisan gridlock, remove special interest influence, take the teeth out of Citizens United and put America back in the hands of its people.
