replace the Controlled Substances Act with policies of harm reduction.

Created by S.G. on November 18, 2011

We the people are petitioning the governing union of our state's nation to release its grasp upon our substance policies. Our nation now houses 25% of the worlds incarcerated population despite the fact that the United States of the Americas is only 5% of our global population. The fact is that threw out the past century we have embraced prohibitionist substance policies & it's the main reason for this manifestation. The cost of incarcerating, prosecuting, & pursuing our people for these irresponsible policies has been destabilizing to put it lightly. We would like to “reduce harm” by providing secure packaging, quality accountability, & regulations that might help ages of introductions to adolescences. Furthermore we would like to provide the knowledge that can prevent the spread of Hep-C
