Acting Director Edward Demarco, has being the single force hindering the speedy recovery of the housing market. His lack of willingness to be innovated in helping the housing market, and his pure desire to continue to saddle homeowner with outdated home value, has create an economical and moral issue for the nation.
We need a Director that is willing to help homeowners, willing to fight the banks on the issue of refinancing, principal reduction, and fair & open foreclosure process. Lets get a Director that would be innovative, aggressive and consumer friendly.
