Replace the election system of Congress.

End the election of Senate and House members.Instead ,two months before the end of the term for incumbents of the Senate or House,hold a lottery for those positions.From a pool of,registered voters that are not charged or convicted of a felony,that have completed four years of college that included some humanity courses,and are an American born citizen ,randomly pick the replacement for that vacancy to a term of four years.At the end of their term they can not be selected again.Pay will be the median wage in that district.If convicted of any felony while in office they will serve a minimum sentence in prison of twenty years.At the end of their term they will be rehired by their previous employer.
