REPLACE THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE WITH MANDATORY VOTING

With an expanding population equaled only by expanding technology, the notion that where you live within our country has disparate weight when you vote in the election of our President is no longer viable. We must repeal the Electoral College and REPLACE it with Mandatory Voting. Election by Popular Vote by the Entire Population. Keeping the Electoral College enables the citizenry to disengage. We must demand every voice be heard, and the way to do it is NOT through a misguided mapping that serves to divide us. Every voice will be heard because every vote will be counted!
