It is evident that the electoral college is out-of-date and must be replaced with a system of voting that is not plagued by the Spoiler Effect.
It is suggested that the United States adopt the Automatic Runoff System for all elections in all levels of government.
We must now follow the example of other democratic nations and adopt this system that will allow for a guarenteed majority vote for all elected members of government.
