The Electorial College misrepresents the will, wishes, and demands of American citizens. It goes against America's most fundamental ideas of equality by giving some areas more power than others in choosing laws and the direction of this country. This was recently seen when one candidate had a landslide 2 to 1 vote using the Electorial College, while the Popular Vote had a seperation of 0.3%. None would allow an individual to vote twice. Why do we allow some votes to have twice the value?
District borders can be changed to change the electorial vote to favor a party. An act that can not be done to the Popular Vote.
