Replace the existing above ground utilities with burried cables. It would create jobs and save countless trees.

I propose that the existing infrastructure of utilities be burried. It would, 1. Provide many jobs for a lengthy period, 2. Put an end to outages due to storms and tree damage, 3. Power companies would no longet have to pay for tree trimming service-saving money, 4. Remove unsightly lines from our landscapes, 5. Reduce the number of trees harvested for utility poles, 6. Improve air quality due to more trees growing and filtering C02, 7. It would eventually reduce the "Greenhouse" effect by increasing the number of trees that not only filter the air, but cool it also.
