Replace FDA Deputy Commissioner FDA Michael Taylor due to a conflict of interest with his ties to Monsanto.

This country needs to completely change our paradigm of food production and an agribusiness insider like Taylor does not possess the kind of new ideas that are necessary to change a broken system.
