Replace First Past The Post Voting with Ranked Voting

First Past the Post voting blocks third parties from having a large impact because it creates strategic voting, wherein people will vote for one major party to prevent the other major party from achieving power. Ranked voting allows people to vote with their conscience, because if no party receives a majority vote, the people that voted for the party in last place have their vote moved to their second choice, and then third and fourth until a party receives majority. This creates a much fairer system, in which people will be able to vote for third parties without having to worry that their vote will be a vote for someone that they don't want in government.
