Replace Food Stamps (SNAP) and EBT cards -- replace with distribution centers that provide 4 basic foods.

44 million Americans receive food supplemental money, at a cost of billions of American dollars, with 16 million children "Food Insecure". Though the government should be required to stave off the poor from rioting, in return, preserve the rule of law, by providing basic foods, the current system is NOT sustainable and vulnerable to corruption and exploitation. The government should dismantle EBT cards and Food Stamps, and provide ALL citizens with 4 basic foods and one spice (cheese, bread, rice, beans and salt), including "soup kitchens". These foods are not limited to any one "qualifying" person or family, but readily available through distribution centers for ALL citizens. The distribution center will be available for any town or city, and brought in, every other day, for rural places.
