"Hail To The Chief" is a grand old traditional piece that reflects the values of a more conservative America. It is felt that replacing it with a more modern and instantly recognizable score would help to both interest people in the activities of their President and the Federal Government.
It is felt that with current trends and events a song that more effectively describes a government which is no longer by the people or for the people but above the people is needed. In particular a song that represents a glorious leader who has not only risen to the pinnacle of god like power above the Empire by sweeping aside its staid Constitution, but who commands the respect of half the people and wields the fear of the other half, must be chosen.
As such, the best song is, "The Imperial March."
