Eliminate ALL current federal taxing, to include income, medicare, social security, tobacco, fuel and etc. Instead create flat national sales tax for ALL goods and services traded in the U.S and its territories.
Allow up to a 10% refund of fed. sales tax payments to all U.S. citizens and U.S. based businesses for charitable contributions made to U.S. charities.
Budget funds based on a single pool of money rather taxing for a specific purpose, like social security. All current funds should be placed into the new fund pool.
Result: Increased spending, increased tax base, immediate funding, implementation can be immediate, reduce govt. costs (IRS operations), fair for all, and no preferential treatment or tax breaks.
