President Obama would be the perfect candidate to take over the Daily Show. He is witty, has great comedic timing, is knowledgeable about politics, and has had former experience taking over the Colbert Report for one episode. As the program scrambles to find a replacement for the great Jon Stewart, we, the undersigned, hereby petition for The Daily Show with Barack Obama.
We understand that the President is currently committed to his many public duties, and we would therefor like to add that it would only make sense for Jon Stewart to take over the president's post while Obama replaces Stewart.
