Replace Joseph P. Clancy as Director of the Secret Service because he has failed to do his job properly

Joseph P. Clancy was selected as Director of the Secret Service in order to restore confidence in the Secret Service to perform their function as protection for the President of the United States as well as their other duties. He has miserably failed in this goal. As a 27-year veteran of the Secret Service he has shown lenient tendencies in dealing with suspected misconduct as well as hiding from public view the necessary investigations into wrong-doing. He has failed to show proper handling of investigations including the most recent incident involving two SS Agents who crashed into barricades relative to a bomb investigation while apparently impaired and not placing them on administrative leave or censuring a supervisor who allowed them to leave the scene without a sobriety test.
