Created by M.F. on June 26, 2013

Replace the now defunct Voter Rights Act a National Voter Bill of Rights That Applies to All Voters in All States and Ensures Equal Access and Voter Representation within the Constraints of the Constitution.Create a new law that would set standards for all national federal elections. It would set oversight requirements, voter registration requirements, and voting times. It would mandate maximum voting wait periods and performance requirements and define criminal penalties for failure to enforce the voter bill of rights. It would forbid states from using the power of taxation or any other form of harassment to prevent voters from exercising their right to vote in federal elections. And it would eliminate gerrymandering with a method known as Fair Majority Voting.
