Replace part of the charitable giving deduction with a hiring deduction or fund to create 5 to 7 million new jobs.

To improve the economy, reduce unemployment, increase revenues collected, and increase overall health and wealth of the American economy and people, we must reduce charitable giving deductions and replace them with a hiring deduction or hiring fund. In 2009, nearly 304 BILLION dollars were given to charities. If instead of being forced to give to charity to reduce taxable earnings the money was instead moved to a job fund or job deduction used for direct hiring of employees we could create 5 million new jobs at a generous $60,000 per year, or 7.6 million new jobs at a modest $40,000 per year. Unemployed persons who benefit from the new jobs created would be able to pay taxes on their earnings, buy non-essential items and help the economy to thrive.
