Replace private funding for politicians running for office with public funding. Amounts to be established by office.

Private money is destroying our democracy. We can take back our democracy from the special interests and allow qualified and dedicated individuals to run for office and win based on their own credentials and not have lies that specials interests tell about candidates influence voters. Private organizations can donate to a public fund that will reduce the cost to the government. We all know that Congress will not take action until the people speak out. President Obama can help by exerting pressure on Congress to take action.
