Replace the tax code with a single law that is limited to no more than 10,000 words.

The current tax code and associated regulation is estimated at almost 5.6 million words. If it were limited to 10,000 it would have to be made more simple, with fewer exemptions and exceptions for special interests, and fewer loopholes.
