End the archaic forced taxation system and allow individuals to donate as they see fit. Make available a list of all programs in need of funding and allow tax payers to participate. This seems to be working fine for wikipedia and my church.
This also satisfies many sides, the voluntaryists, anarcho-capitalists, conservatives and libertarians, and on and on.
Additionally this would re-establish respect for law in this country, which is vanishing due to lawmakers frivolity and corruption.
I would like to see this implemented in all federal tax collection, not just income tax.
