Replace the vision of USPS to include broadband to deliver messages.

We know the USPS is not set up to generate income to cover its costs. If we could take the USPS budget to introduce broadband spectrum to the masses then general messages could be sent via email while packages would become most of the USPS services or services subsidized to other larger companies (i.e. UPS).
