For any vendor or business that has had to deal with WAWF, condolences. This site is a labyrinth of unintelligable accronyms and government double speak. I've been trying to create and send an invoice for six months now. Six months and I'm no where nearer than I was when I started! The help screens are no help at all. Simply registereing my account took phone calls to 3 different call centers.To top it contact I have can't explain any portion of this site to me. He simply refers me to the "manual" he sent, which is for an older version of the current site. WAWF, in it's current incarnation, simply bars private business from being paid by the government for goods and services rendered. It needs to be replaced with something the common man can clearly understand and use.
