This petition seeks the removal and replacement of Gen. Frank Grass, Chief, National Guard Bureau due to his neglect of military service members and their families mental health care. During his tenure, the psychological health of service members and their families has been disrupted by contract mismanagement and corruption. Suicides in the National Guard have continued to rise, sexual assaults have increased and taxpayer monies have been mismanaged and wasted. Individuals who have sought to bring this information to light have been punished and many have had their careers ruined. Therefore, I seek the immediate removal and replacement of Gen. Frank Grass as Chief, National Guard Bureau.
