In Bagram Afghanistan alone there are over 20,000 contractors serving the military in jobs that were once done by the military but now cost the tax payers sometimes up to 10 times more. The American people have the right to know how many civilians the department of defense hires in a war zone, the cost to tax payers, the misconduct and incidents involving contractors, and the actual value of having military jobs outsourced to the civilian sector.
