My father have being kept for so long under hard conditions with no solid proof or evidence of some wrongdoing, but it is very frustrating the methods are being used within the Romanian justice system, the prosecutors are always right, they start the process by not care about the fact people may be innocent ( not like in other more civilized countries where everybody should benefit of fair trials and having the status of innocent until proven otherwise in the court of law), the attorneys are being ignored most of the times ! In Romania in present time the judges are listening only to the prosecutors, the judges are not reading the files and explanations from the defense attorneys. I can provide info : bkbgb@yahoo.com.
