The Constitution provides for the Pursuit of Happiness, you are not entital to happiness.
Those who do not economically support the Country have the Right to vote. (Today the Government constantly talks of cutting Entitlements). This enable the election of Politicians who will provide entitlements to them.
This is Representation without Taxation.
Only tax paying citizens should have the Right to Vote.
It is time the Government should be run like a business. Weighing who is a benefit to the business vs those who are a drag on it.
