We petition on behalf of the privately-owned company, Hobby Lobby. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act mandate regarding provision of contraception, including abortion-inducing emergency contraception, has compelled this company to compromise moral and religious values or endure grave financial damages. We declare this to be a prohibition to the free exercise of religion and an egregious violation of the First Ammendment: "Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..."
