reprimand John Boehner for failing to act in the interest of the People and strip him of his position as House Speaker.

In the years that Speaker Boehner has become leader of the House of Representatives, he has led his party and members of congress in opposition to any productive cooperation and compromise with the Obama administration. His hard-line stance has hindered and prevented the will of the Public to be heard and as a result has pushed for policies that have hurt the People of the USA. Be it resolved that the Obama administration publicly reprimand Speaker Boehner for failing to do the will of the People and for failure to lead in his capacity as Speaker of the House. Further, Speaker Boehner should be removed as Speaker of the House and be censured for his failure to compromise and cooperative with the Executive Branch of the current government.
