Reprimand members of congress

Members of congress should be reprimand for not allowing a vote on any bills submitted by the President in light of the state of our Economy. The reasons would be
1. Polls indicates the vast majority of the Americans support the Jobs Act submitted by the president
2. Members of Congress are not performing the job they are being paid to do by serving the people instead of special interests groups.
3 Failure in upholding the Constitution of the United States by deny the freedom of speech by Americans who are demanding action on these issues.
3. by playing politics to serve their own political purposes instead of conducting the nation's business
