Republic of India has been involved in the brutal human rights violation in Indian occupied Kashmir in recent unrest.

This petition is representing the sentiments of millions of Kashmiri Men, women and children who have been subjugated by the brutal Indian regime for nearly 67 years. Human rights abuses in the Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir state are an ongoing issue. The abuses range from mass killings, enforced disappearances, torture, rape and sexual abuse to political repression and suppression of freedom of speech, in the recent unrest more than 70 innocent civilians has been executed by the Indian forces with more than 3000 injured.
We believe that this petition will be a opportunity for US administration to look into organized human rights violations by the Indian forces and Kashmiri people want US to immediately intervene in order to stop human rights abuses.
