Republican Senate has drawn a red line on scotus nomination. I'm petitioning the White House to make the scotus nomination time-sensitive. It is unfair to the nominee to sit in limbo waiting for his nomination to he heard by the Senate. Of course if your first nominee does not receive a hearing by that time the President will he obligated to nominate another nominee to SCOTUS.
