request 5th circuit court that expedite their law

In TX , Louisiana,and Mississippi , there was a law that was declared by 5th circuit court that has said the permanent residents could take back the original priority day when they were sponsor by their brother, sister or even their dad, mom to make a priority day for their single over 21 years old when they were or are making or sponsorship for these children.I think this will be a big effect to our community. So, please help my family and the other family could meet their children sooner than the normal waiting time.I need your help.
