in TX , there was a law that was declared by the 5th circuit 's court that allowed permanent residents could use the original day of their priority day that when the permanent residents were sponsored by their mom, dad or even their brother or sister to use to sponsor their child over 21 years old could get to America more fast than expectation as soon as 2 years. so this petition needed 25, 000 signatures to become effective , please help my family and other family could meet their child .
