The three pool healthcare system will:
*Take the costs of healthcare away from employers.
*Strengthen medicare and medicaid system, not destroy them.
*Help insurance companies with the cost of pre-existing conditions.
*Provide a real reason for competition in insurance policies.
*Pay down the debt.
