Russia, a foreign nation whose interests are distinctly hostile to our national interest, has interfered with the results of the 2016 U.S. Presidential election by criminal activities used to elect Donald Trump. There needs to be an independent prosecutor appointed to prosecute federal crimes associated with that interference -- including anyone who gave aid & comfort, support, or encouragement to those who illegally hacked and distributed information from DNC and other computers. This must be done prior to the meeting of the Electoral College.
