We petition the President of The United States, our Senators and members of Congress to recognize that we as a nation are at war against terrorism both overseas and at home. And to classify injuries or death to military personal, which is a result of actions of terrorist, as combat related, and to afford these individuals and their surviving dependents, all of the benefits normally provided to combat related losses.
In addition we ask that the President, members of Congress and the Senate also instruct the Department of Defense to recognize those injured who are classified as 100% Service Connected Disabled as eligible to fly on military flights as a participant in the “Space Available” Program. Please effect via Presidential Executive Orders.
