We hereby petition the administration to request and accept the resignation of Attorney General Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has been ineffective in his office including voter intimidation of 2008, Operation Fast and Furious, persecution of states passing legislation for the benefit of persons within those states, and most recently the wiretapping and seizure of communications of AP and Fox News reporters and those associated to those reporters. This amounts to ineffective leadership and is not meeting the standard of conduct for civil servants. We, the People, demand accountability of all public servants who violate the public trust, violate basic judicial principals, and bring discredit upon the United States of America.
