i would like to see President Obama initiate an Executive Order to mandate that his birthday become a National Holiday since he is our First African American President and since George Washington's Birthday has already been established as the First President of the United States. if the president can not mandate maybe someone in Congress can author and present the Bill on the floor. thanking you in advance for your time and cooperation on the matter at hand.
