Request to call on congress to enforce penalties on landloards who rent drug houses in low income zip codes.

This petition is step one in creating a safe, acceptable enviornment for our youth and reducing crime within the low income zip codes of america. There are laws and penalties that exist for landlords, but far too often these drug houses are back in business shortly after being raided by law enforcement.
We ask congress to examine existing legislation and create strict enforcement methods to help rid these communities of this problem.
