Rep Grimm threatened to throw Mr. Scotto over the balcony and break him in half, essentially threatening to murder him. If this had been any other citizen, they would have been arrested by now. Just because you are a congressman you are not above the law. Like any other citizen, Rep Grimm must face the consequences of his actions. This is particularly important in this case because Rep. Grimm has reportedly exhibited aggressive and violent behavior in the past. What's it going to take, a dead body to stop this man?
