Request Child Support Laws be reformed to have them unbiased, fair and impartial to provide financial stability

Child Support cases side with the mother 90% of the time. Regardless of who has custodial rights, the non-custodial parent pays the toll on many levels. Non-custodial pays up to 50% of their pay, provides medical coverage and dental coverage. The custodial parent is not required to provide any form of monetary support because the child support is sufficient. However, the non-custodial parent loses the money, provides services which is not utilized in many cases and has difficulty rebuilding or establishing themselves financially. Requesting the child support laws be revamped to be equal. Child Support should be paid until legal job age (15 or 16), not 18, high school graduation or 21. For military members, child support should be 25% or less based on PCS's which moves them out of state.
