Request Congress, Executive & USSC add to their rules "ALL members to publicly Read and Summarize the US Constitution"

Members of Congress and the Executive Branch seem to have a failing understanding of the Rights and Responsibilities of their respective offices. The Separation of Powers between the Legislative, Judicial, and Executive Branches is very clearly, and narrowly defined within the Constitution of the United States of America. The Executive Branch is taking liberties with their authority, and the Congress is failing in their duty to defend their authority- too often ignoring blatant usurpation of their authority. We, the undersigned, feel that it should be REQUIRED, on at least an ANNUAL basis, that all members of all three branches fully read, and then summarize in their own words, the entire Constitution of the United States of America, in public, and on the record, and reaffirm their Oaths.
