We petition the executive branch of the United States to formerly request congress to enact impeachment proceedings to revoke statehood from the state of Texas and subsequently establishing said state and inhabitants thereof a newly declared territory of the United States of America.
Such territorial designation, as such be the will of Congress and the Executive shall provide the government of the United States provisions for sale or lease of such territory the proceeds of such to be applied to the national debt and no other resource or surplus.
