request Congress pass an amendment to require an annual budget be approved on time.

We request that President Obama request that Congress pass an amendment requiring that the federal budget be moved to the Calendar Year & that Congress must pass a annual budget (12) months for the the following year by Dec. 31st. Failure to do so will result in no-payment for any U.S. elected official (President, Vice-President, Congress, etc.) for the time-span that a budget has not been approved. No compensation will be awarded for the time period between December 31st and when the budget is passed.
