Defending America by protecting its citizens is the main role of the Federal Government. ISIS has made it quite clear again and again that it is at war with America. They want to kill us. So far we have chosen to ignore the enemy, no matter the atrocities committed, who is doing all it can to engage us in war. Our lack of action has only encouraged the enemy to increase their atrocities perceiving our inaction as cowardly.
