Education is a HUMAN right. In that intellect more than anything else, defines our species unique place in the environment of Earth. Many bright children fail or underperform because they never feel personally invested in school. The structure from top to bottom should be based on children owning their education, molding and investing time, energy, and spirit into their future from as early as possible. We need a structure that allows chiildren to initiate their learning and advance at their own pace in different areas of study. Pratical application learning and testing so that students see even in school the potential of what they're being taught.
