The ACA aka Obamacare is unconstitutional whether or not the Supreme Court says it is. This is NOT a law for bettering healthcare and access to healthcare. This is a TAX! As ruled by the Supreme Court, the individual mandate is only Constitutional because Congress has the power to tax, not because of the commerce clause. Also, since the individual open enrollment has began, the government (executive branch) has spent an abundant amount of money on trying to fix a failed system. The dates keep getting changed for implementation, which is not legal. REPEAL OBAMACARE!
