We critically need a more educationally and professionally diverse legislative body. The current congress is dominated by lawyers creating a lack of fundamental knowledge and balance needed for today's technological world decisions.
We need more senators and congressmen with scientific, engineering, social, and other backgrounds.
This is a critical long term reform needed to keep this country competitive.
